Magnetic Solutions - Magnetic Handling - Lifting Magnets & Handling Magnets
Goudsmit - Magnetic Grippers
With magnetic grippers, you automatically pick up flat steel products or sheets up to 10 mm thick. They are quick and easy to switch, and specially designed for transferring, placing or positioning using a robotic arm. Magnetic grippers serve as end of arm tooling for sheets. They even hold perforated sheets effortlessly.
Magnetic Solutions - Magnetic Filtering
Goudsmit - Magnetic Bars
These very strong neodymium magnetic bars are designed to remove small ferromagnetic contaminants from your pipeline bulk streams. Our strongest types can even remove fine weakly magnetic contamination, such as stainless steel 316 wear particles.
Magnetic bars are the building blocks of many magnetic filtering systems, like our magnetic grids, Cleanfow magnets and magnetic filters for pressure lines. Our magnetic bars come in various magnet qualities, sizes, interface connections, robustness, etc. All types are equipped with a waterproof welded stainless steel 316L housing, and a smoothly polished surface.
Magnetic Solutions - Recycling & Sorting - Suspended Magnets
Goudsmit - Suspended Plate Magnets Ferrite
Cost-effective. Overbelt placement or installation against a free-fall line. Often used in the recycling industry or for protection of downstream equipment.
Magnetic Solutions - Recycling & Sorting - Magnetic Head Pulleys
Goudsmit - Add-on Magnetic Head Pulleys
Magnetic head pulleys capture ferrous and weakly magnetic particles and continuously carry them away. Suitable for installation in existing belt conveyor systems, in the bulk transshipment or recycling industries for example.
Magnetic Solutions - Recycling & Sorting - Magnetic Drum Separators
Goudsmit - Add-on Magnetic Drum Separators
Easy-to-install drum magnets for the continuous separation of coarse or sharp iron particles. Various magnet strengths and types available to separate strong- or weakly- magnetic particles.
Magnetic Solutions - Recycling & Sorting - Overband Magnetic Separators
Goudsmit - Ferrite Overband Magnets
Cost effective solution. Suitable for thin to thick layers and do not require a control box. Very reliable and available in many belt widths. Available in transverse or in-line versions for installation above your conveyor belt or end pulley.
Magnetic Solutions - Recycling & Sorting - Eddy Current Separators
EddyXpert - Eddy Current Separators
The Eddy current separator type EddyXpert is the all-rounder of the ECS machine line and is suitable for a large number of product streams: from coarse to medium-fine fractions. Many possible combinations for desired application.
EddyFines - Eddy Current Separators
Advanced and high performing. Equipped with a 38HI poles eddy current magnet roller for separation of small and heavy non-ferrous particles.
Magnetic Solutions - Permanent Magnets, Magnetic Sheet and Tape - Permanent Magnets
Goudsmit - Permanent Ferrite Magnets
Ferrite magnets - or ceramic magnets - have good magnetic properties and are cost effective. Permanent ferrite magnets are widely used. They are used in speakers, toys, motors, sensors, microwaves and industrial magnetic separators and handling systems.
Magnetic Solutions - Mounting Magnets - Pot Magnets and Magnetic Hooks
Goudsmit - Flat Pot Magnets
Compact flat magnet systems available in neodymium, samarium cobalt, ferrite and AlNiCo. Suitable for gluing. Thanks to the shell of these magnet systems, the magnetic field strength increases and the pot magnets are more resistant to corrosion or chemicals. Pot magnets have a single attracting surface. This precludes dispersion of the magnetic field. The specified holding forces are measured under optimum conditions: perpendicular, on a piece of grade 37 steel that has been ground flat with a thickness of 5 mm, without an air gap.
