Great Lakes Environmental Center (GLEC)
GLEC with headquarters in Grand Traverse county in Michigan and a facility in Columbus Ohio has extensive capabilities and experience in conducting field and laboratory tests required by environmental legislation such as the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), as well as FERC Exhibit E requirements, and others. Our team of terrestrial and aquatic scientists is experienced in the development of testing plans tailored to the client`s particular need. The work is done in a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective manner. Stringent Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures are routinely applied and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) are implemented when necessary. All laboratory practices follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with staff trained in the performance of those SOPs.
