SANERGRID - SanerVib solution anti bruit et plot anti vibration pour transformateur

Les solutions de réduction du bruit SanerVib pour les transformateurs électrique sont constituées de différents plots anti-vibration et silentblocks basse fréquence spécialement conçus pour insonoriser les transformateurs, en isolant les vibrations jusqu'à 99%. Afin d’amortir les vibrations générées par chaque transformateur électrique, nous avons conçu la gamme SanerVib® : il s’agit de plusieurs silentblocks de basse fréquence spécialement développés pour fournir un haut rendement antivibratoire aux fréquences d’excitation des transformateurs, en fonction de leur poids et de l’atténuation recherchée : - de 80% pour la série SanerVib80™, - et jusqu’à 99% pour la série SanerVib99™.

SANERGRID - DEPOSIT fosses déportées pour transformateurs

Les transformateurs immergés jusqu’à 40MVA nécessitent selon les normes IEC 61936-1 (§ 8.6.2.) et NF C13-200, une rétention étanche représentant 100% du volume d’huile contenu et sous certaines condition d’un dispositif d’extinction naturelle type ERT®, EXTICOV™ ou LHD®. Passé 40 MVA, le transformateur doit être équipé d'une fosse ou d’un bac de récupération d’une contenance minimale de 20% de la quantité de diélectrique contenu dans le transformateur, habituellement équipé d’une couverture d’extinction afin de garantir une extinction rapide et naturelle du diélectrique liquide si les huiles y restaient bloquées. Les fosses DEPOSIT® répondent à ce besoin de construction rapide et de traitement passif des eaux de drainage.

PUMP THROUGH BARRIER™ is a system specially designed to easily adapt to any retention tank, pit or retention volume.It ensure a rainwater drainage by filtrating hydrocarbons traces, pumping from a retention volume the fluids through a PETRO BARRIER™ filtration cartridge, while retaining all hydrocarbons traces, avoiding any ground contamination. Outflow filtered : approximately 110 L/min.
