GTM - Precise, Robust and Configurable Force Transducers from 200 N to 630 kN
The K series force transducers use the jump ring principle as the only integrative measuring method in force measurement. These force sensors set standards for accuracy, reliability and quality. This particularly affects the very low sensitivity to parasitic influences (lateral forces, bending moments, torsional moments, temperature fluctuations). They can withstand forces up to 300% of the nominal force without breaking and up to 150% of the nominal force without zero shift. With a fixed cable connection, the K series force transducers achieve IP protection class IP68.

GTM - Torque Transducer
Highly accurate, robust torque transducers for precision torque measurement from 2 Nm to 10 kNm. The M Series torque transducers are optimally suited for torque measurement in all non-rotating applications with high precision requirements. Particularly, the M Series torque transducers with small nominal loads are characterized by extremely high load capacity with axially introduced forces. They are not only permanent fatigue-proof up to ≤80% of the nominal load but also extremely robust against lateral forces and bending moments. The M Series torque transducers are especially suitable for metrological and demanding, high-precision, industrial test stand applications where the reaction torque of machines, motors, and similar components must be measured and the torque transducer does not rotate.

The new powerful and future-proof GTM Inline Amplifier (ILA) is a highly innovative, dynamic, ultra-compact, precise and robust strain gauge sensor electronics with an industrial interface (EtherCAT ® ), which is particularly suitable for decentralized, highly dynamic, automated test bench measurement data acquisition systems or demanding industrial automation applications. The ILA strain gauge measuring amplifier digitizes the signals from analog strain gauge sensors such as force transducers or other strain gauge sensors, such as torque sensors or load cells. With a true measurement rate of 40 kS/s and a bandwidth of 2 kHz, the smart ILA is the perfect solution for highly dynamic and accurate testing and inspection applications.
