The new generation of ultra-compact granulators, SINCRO EKO, for the recycling of copper and aluminum cables, available in four different models with a production capacity range from 50 to 400 kg/h, input. The evolution of the SINCRO EKO, has allowed a significant manufacturing costs’ reduction, keeping the same quality criteria that distinguish GUIDETTI in the world. The ease of use and maintenance of the cable granulators, together with the complete technical documentation, allow the operator to fully understand the machine’ functioning.

The new series of compact granulators SINCRO, has been designed to process copper and aluminum cables and radiators. With shredding and subsequent dry separation we are able to efficiently separate copper and aluminum from the insulating materials such as plastic, rubber or paper and the perfect separation between copper and aluminum in case of radiators. The Sincro granulator can be fed manually or automatically with the addition of a conveyor belt according to end user’s requirements.

The compact granulators of the series SINCRO MILL allow to process simultaneously rigid copper cables and very thin ones, without the necessity of pre-selection and they are easy to maintain as ever. Despite the compactness and the low energetic consumption of the machines, The Sincro Mill is a fully integrated system that includes a blade granulator, a zig-zag separator, a turbo and a separating table to ensure a perfect separation at the end of the cycle.

Guidetti, always looking for new solutions, has designed a system able to recover 100% of the copper from the recycling process of electric cables. The compact system RECO-MILL can be combined to already working granulators allowing the total recovery of copper normally lost in the plastic.

The separators F EKO series have been re-designed aimed at the reducing of operating costs, keeping the same quality standards that distinguish our machines worldwide. The F EKO separators have been designed to separate granulated materials, ground stuff and grains having the same particle size but different specific weight. The continuous running and the air flow adjustment, make the F EKO separators particularly suitable for their insertion in recycling plants.
