Melt pump is used on extruder for transporting and metering high temperature and viscosity polymer melt ; at the same time, increase and stabilize the pressure of  material from extruder then transport to die. Double piston continuous hydraulic screen changer is an screen changer with double piston and two working stations, can realize continuous production when changing screen.

Double plate hydraulic screen changer, there are two plates, realizing one plate’s screens working with another one changing, without the continuous extrusion production. Every plate have two screens, so this type screen changer can keep double filtering areas, improve the filtration speed.

Single-piston continuous hydraulic screen changer is designed with two working station for alternately quick screen changing.It can bear high pressure and temperature with special processing method.

It is composed by one plate with 2 pieces filter screen,  which can move in one second to achieve screen changing process quickly and smoothly. It is a highly cost effective and widely used quick and non-stop screen changer.

Feeding machine or feeder is a device that can ensure the continuous and uniform feeding of materials, which is suitable for all kinds of particles, powders, additives, auxiliaries and so on. According to the different requirements of feeding precision, the feeder can be divided into volume feeder and loss in weight feeder or called gravimetric feeder., According the degree of material flow, the feeder also can be divided into twin screw feeder and single screw feeder., Under the condition that the packing density of material is uniform and the quality of the final product is not harsh on the feeding accuracy, the volumetric feeder provides a low-cost and simple feeding scheme for the application of continuous and intermittent feeding., The volumetric feeder have two types, single screw feeder and twin screw feeder.

During operation, the impurities left on the screen would be collected by the rotary knives. The collected waste material is redirected to the channel and automatically removed by the valve located in the lower part of the screen changer housing. The screen changer still works in a continuous mode, while the valve is opened temporarily.
