Single Plate Screen Changer/Melt Filtration System
It is composed by one plate with 2 pieces filter screen, which can move in one second to achieve screen changing process quickly and smoothly. It is a highly cost effective and widely used quick and non-stop screen changer.
Features
1. adopt overall structure, having small size and short flow channel, can be suitable for different standards of extruders.
2. pressure driven sealing technology, the seal gap can be compensated automatically to meet high extrusion production of any polymer material without stopping and leakage.
3. the double-station fast network changing time is lower than 2 seconds.
