Model NdFeB - Permanent Magnet Material
NdFeB permanent magnet material is currently the highest performance permanent magnet material at room temperature. The successful development of grain boundary diffusion technology has enabled us to produce NdFeB products with high performance (BH)max+Hcj ≥ 75, and achieved a substantial cost reduction.
Model NdFeB - Sintered Magnet
Sintered NdFeB is made of PrNd, Fe, B, Cu, etc., having excellent magnetic properties, strong machinability. We have the whole process of manufacturing capacity, including “ingredients – melting – powder – molding – sintering” . Model NdFeB - Grain Boundary Diffusion Magnet
Mass production of high-performance NdFeB magnets with magnetic properties (BH) max+Hcj≥75, such as grades of G45EH, G48EH, G50UH, G52UH. Cost of GBD magnets is lower than that produced by conventional technology by more than 20%. Magnet Power team has developed both spraying and PVD processes. And we have mature technological processes and strict management systems. The GBD technology is suitable for NdFeB materials with a thickness of less than 10mm.

Model 1:5 SmCo - Permanent Magnet Material
1:5 SmCo is the first generation of rare earth permanent magnet materials. Compared with the second generation of 2:17 SmCo permanent magnet materials, it is easier for saturated magnetization and post-magnetization.
Model T series Sm2Co17 - Magnet
T series Sm2Co17 magnets were developed by Magnet Power to be able to be used in extreme environments, for example, high speed motors and complex electromagnetic environments. They extend the upper limit of the temperature of permanent magnet from 350°C to 550°C. T series Sm2Co17 will present better properties when they are protected by high temperature resistant coatings in the temperature range, such as T350. When working temperature goes up to 350?, the BH curve of T series Sm2Co17 is a straight line in the second quadran.
