Davis Ribbon Mixers are equipped with a double ribbon agitator will mix hog and poultry feed in only three minutes. They are available with several options to suit your specific application including scales, gear drive systems, liquid fat handling systems and various legs and outlet options. Davis Heavy Duty Models will mix hog and poultry feeds in only 3 minutes when equipped with our double ribbon agitator or our ribbon and paddle agitator. All Davis Mixers are available with over-sized outlets and surge tank to increase batches per hour.

Davis Mixers equipped with our Paddle Agitator will mix feed containing high concentrations of molasses, including black strap molasses. All of our mixers are built with a variety of option to fit your specific application including scales, gear drives, molasses handling systems, legs, outlet, etc. Davis Paddle Mixers equipped with our Paddle Agitator is extremely versatile and will handle feed with high concentrations of molasses. Our Heavy Duty line of mixers will mix feed with up to 20% molasses. It is very common to discharge the mixed molasses feed directly into bags.

Davis Two High Roller Mills are designed to grind corn, milo and wheat to a fine particle size for hogs, poultry and dairy. Our Roller Mills are far superior to hammermills because roller mills produce a more consistant particle size with far less dust and fines. Davis Granulators are used to grind a variety of products including all grains, ear corn, hay, cottonseed hulls, peanut hulls dried manure, bark, coir blocks, etc. Our Granulators are similar to hammermills but are built with hardened and sharpened knife tips in place of the blunt hammers. This provides a slicing action rather than the exploding action of a hamermill. This makes our Granulators more efficient so they require less power and produce less dust and fines. Our Gross Weigh Bagging System weighs directly into the open mouth bag. We offer two systems, one will fill 3 to 6 bags/minute and the other, with some automation, will fill 6 to 9 bags/minute.
