We produce custom paper cores for a variety of industries nationwide. Our specialty is short to medium run custom paper cores for converting, film, spool and reel, ribbon, tape and label manufacturers. Our customers rely on our quality, consistency and fast turn around. All custom cores aremanufactured to the customer’s specifications at the tightest tolerances.

We design custom mailing and shipping tubes to customer specifications with inner dimensions of .375 to 12.0 inches, lengths from .5 inch to 60 feet and wall widths from .03 to .725 inches. All tubes are constructed with 100% recycled paperboard. Kraft, white, black, metallic and color outer wrap options. In line printing is available on inner or outer plies. Telescoping option available. Closure options include plastic end plugs, metal friction end plugs, self locking metal end stops, seamed metal ends, custom end caps with seamed ends, crimped ends.

We make custom storage tubes to serve any customer need: rolls of carpet and upholstery, PVC pipe stock, millwork stock and more. Our experienced staff will assist you in choosing from the many IDs, wall widths and lengths to design the size and strength of storage tube to fit your need.

We will also apply complete labels promoting your cause. Collection cans are available as re-useable with tops or bottoms that may be removed or tamper proof with seamed metal ends.
