Project Management

Our project management services provide overall coordination and management of all aspects of the planning and implementation processes. With a keen eye for risk mitigation associated with planning, design and execution, our comprehensive and collaborative approach moves the project from procurement through planning, administration, quality control and regulatory approvals, to execution. In addition, we provide quality control analysis of all work to ensure that the client is receiving work which meets all contract requirements and quality metrics.

Construction Services

Hernandez Consulting is a licensed General Contractor and its construction management personnel are experts in the overall coordination and management of all aspects of the planning and implementation processes, aiding to mitigate the risks associated with planning, design and construction.

Design Services

Hernandez Consulting has successfully completed the design of several facilities for our clients, including new construction and renovation projects. Through our in house subsidiary Albert Architecture, a full-service based professional architectural firm, we are able to offer licensed Architectural Design services in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. The firm focuses on projects that enliven the local community, through an interactive collaboration of goals, ideas, and design solutions between the client and the architect.

Sustainability & Energy Management

Hernandez Consulting is able to provide a range of sustainability and energy management services. Our team of professionals have managed numerous site developments, industrial and public works projects, and have handled numerous environmental remediation and disaster recovery projects.

Development Services

Hernandez Consulting is able to offer a diverse range of development services, including feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project management. Through our subsidiary the New Orleans Redevelopment Fund, we’re able to offer equity investment in projects, and look to partner with owners and developers on strategic projects.

Design-Build Services

With our construction and design abilities, Hernandez Consulting is able to offer our clients Design-Build services. We have completed several projects through this method, and have in place a system that provides owners with the quality assurance that traditional design-bid-build would, while preventing a lot of the unforeseen issues that the more traditional method would entail.
