Fusionbond 370 is a two components methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metal, wood and composite assemblies. Fusionbond® 370 is an excellent choice for composite bonding applications in the marine, automotive and construction industries because it requires virtually no surface preparation. Fusionbond® 370 provides superior toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F.

Nuts N’ Bolts 128 is a single component, low strength thread locker designed for locking plastic and metal fasteners. Fixture time is about 5 minutes and adhesive can be pre or post applied. Any excess adhesive on the surface will cure and will not migrate to the other parts. Nuts N’ Bolts® 128 can be used as a low strength thread locker, bonder or tamper proofer for metal, polyester, nylon and many other thermo plastics materials.

Gasket Replacer 906 is a single component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasketing compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges filling voids in the surface, Gasket Replacer 906 provides a thin, flexible, solvent and temperature resistant seal. Gasket Replacer 906 can replace or be used as a dressing for conventional gaskets.

Tuffbond® 326 is a two-component epoxy known for its low-viscosity, toughness, and long working life at ambient temperatures with shortened cure times at elevated temperatures. The resin offers a combination of high shear strength and hardness. Often used for potting, this epoxy creates a clear hard cover over sensitive electronics.

Ultrabond 758 Is a low viscosity self-leveling UV curable potting compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and encapsulating of electronic components. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Tuffbond 321 is a flexible, low viscosity, general purpose resin system used for casting, potting, and encapsulating of electrical and electronic components. This unique product has been formulated to combine ease in handling with optimum physical, thermal and electrical insulation properties.

Fusionbond 371 provides toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F.

The Autobonder 2512 is a control unit for applying a wide variety of sealants or adhesives to components along a circular path, using any number of Sureshot® valves depending on the material being dispensed. The machine allows control through an included HMI PLC and can be triggered through manual control with a footswitch and/or PLC start button. The two spindles, located in the top surface of the machine, are designed to rotate speaker components and apply a bead of adhesive along a desired edge.

Silastomer 334 is a high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Since it will not flow of its own weight, Silastomer® 334 can be applied to vertical, horizontal and overhead joints without sagging or running off. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 334 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 334 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Nuts N’ Bolts 423 is a single component anaerobic thread locking material, which is thixotropic and develops medium strength. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and is particularly suitable for less active substrates such a stainless steel and plated surfaces.
