Our designs range from conventional Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) to more innovative layouts including SBR, MBR or EDR technologies. We boast many re-vamping references in large WWTPs through the integration of thermal sludge drying systems, large mechanical dewatering processes, auxiliary cogeneration plants, tertiary treatments for water reuse, and membrane upgrading. And through the redesign of standard equipment such as conventional decanters, floating decanters, degritters or screening systems.
Hidroambiente´s DWTPs incorporate cutting-edge technologies such as membranes, THM precursor removal, reagent-free equipment, etc. Moreover, we provide multiple designs of Compact Plants for small populations for export which have advantages: low space requirements, minimal civil works and easy connection for immediate delivery of drinking water. They are also easily transported in containers, automated, modular and scalable with clarification, filtration and disinfection line, from 1l/s to 20 l/s capacity. Hidroambiente has built many plants for the Treatment of Effluents with Hydrocarbons or with Organic compounds coming from chemical processes, amongst others. In addition, the company has designed treatment processes for Oil Refinery Wastewaters, Odour Removal or Tertiary Treatments for Water Reuse. Also, Hidroambiente has re-designed conventional systems such as Skimmers, Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems, Decanters or Biological treatment plants. And have built Feed Water Treatment Plants and Demineralised Water plants to deliver water for process or Hydro-cracking activities, etc. Last but not least, Hidroambiente has experience in performance re-definition in already running plants, increase in flow capacity, decrease in conductivity, etc.
Apart from conventional Biological Treatments, Hidroambiente has successfully implemented Double Stage Treatments, SBRs and Membrane Treatments, not to mention Physical-Chemical Treatment and DAF Flotation systems for oil & grease removal. In the beverages industry, Hidroambiente has delivered plants for Feed Water Treatment, water supply for the final product and Bottling lines besides process re-designs, upgradings and revampings. For Citrus Juices producers Hidroambiente has also supplied Deacidification and Debittering plants. And in the Canning industry, has executed projects of Drinking Water Treatment plants for the Vegetable sector, Brackish Water Treatment plants for Fish Processing industries and Protein Denaturation.
