House Committee on Agriculture

‘Agriculture is the basis of our national prosperity. It is the substratum of all other interests; and the degree of advancement which marks the progress of our country and its people in wealth, enterprise, education, and substantial independence, is measured by the prosperity of its rural interests.’ Agriculture is the backbone of Oklahoma’s economy, and my purpose in Congress remains to make certain that our farmers and ranchers have a strong voice in Washington.
