We are a company limited by guarantee, and rather than having shareholders we have a panel of Company Members (who belong to the organisations listed below) who support and guide our activities, helping to maintain our position as a centre of excellence. Members come from UK-based organisations, government departments and agencies related to our industry. They act as guarantors (with a maximum liability of £10), participate in our AGM, the election of Directors and other events.
