Plastic Coated Highway Guardrail is an engineered safety barrier designed to create a physical and visual separation between traffic lanes and other roadside hazards.  It is composed of a steel core that is then covered in a plastic coating, which helps protect the metal from damage. To apply the finish you must first clean the surface and then apply a primer, followed by the plastic coating.
