Pipeline construction (especially cross-country) presents many challenges, particularly environmental and social and is invariably preceded by extensive planning and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The planning approvals and EIA follow on to establish the environmental procedures and standards that are to be applied to the construction and operation of the project. HEL offers services from EIA management to on site supervision to ensure contract compliance to legislation and specification.
