Fortrac - Flexible High-Strength Fortrac Geogrid
Highly resilient, flexible geogrid with a proven track record in soil reinforcement. The flexible, high-strength Fortrac geogrid boasts a 20-year-plus track record in soil reinforcement applications. The geogrids are made from high-modulus, low-creep synthetic materials enclosed in a protective polymer coating. Moreover, they are manufactured in such a way as to guarantee high stability at the intersections. High-modulus polyester (PET) has been the standard raw material for our geosynthetics for over 20 years. In some cases, special requirements have prompted the use of advanced polymers, e.g. polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and aramid. While aramid guarantees exceptionally high axial stiffness, PVA offers high axial stiffness in conjunction with extra-high resistance to chemicals - specifically, alkaline substances - in the soil.
Fortrac - Geogrid
Fortrac 3D, a refinement of the familiar Fortrac geogrid, is used to stabilize soil on slopes. It is a flexible, three-dimensional reinforcement mat made from high-tensile, low-creep polyester with integral soil erosion prevention. By virtue of its spatial structure, Fortrac 3D exhibits outstanding interaction properties with soils (bond coefficient 1.0) as well as excellent soil retention when exposed to rainwater.
Basetrac - Geogrids
High-strength geogrid for road base and sub-base reinforcement. Our Basetrac Grid geogrids are being manufactured from two raw materials: polypropylene or polyester. They are polymer coated for high UV-stability and low installation damage. These geogrids offer standard biaxial tensile strength from 20 to 80 kN/m. The production of higher tensile strength and geogrids made of polyvinylalcohol for special applications is possible by request.

Stabilenka offers an unbeatably cost-effective solution to the most stringent project requirements by combining three functions in a single product: reinforcement, separation and filtration. Unlike many alternative products on the market, Stabilenka is manufactured from special multifilament yarn that allows the achievement of moduli exceeding 45,000 kN/m. As a new addition to the Stabilenka family, Stabilenka Xtreme excels by its outstanding durability, even in highly alkaline environments with pH values of up to 13.

Basetrac - Geocomposite
Geocomposite fulfilling reinforcement, separation and filtration functions through combination of a high-modulus polyester reinforcement with an integrated nonwoven. Basetrac Duo is a composite material - geogrid plus nonwoven. The geogrid is being manufactured from polypropylene, polyester or polyvinylalcohol. The nonwoven is made of polypropylen. Basetrac Duo offers a standard biaxial tensile strength up to 75 kN/m. Higher tensile strength can be produced on request. The composite combines the functions of reinforcement, separation and filteration.
Basetrac - Geocomposite
Geocomposite fulfilling reinforcement, separation and filtration functions. Basetrac Duo-C is a composite material - geogrid plus nonwoven. The geogrid is being manufactured from polypropylene, polyester or polyvinylalcohol coated with a polymer. Basetrac Duo-C offers a standard biaxial tensile strength up to 65 kN/m. Higher tensile strength can be produced on request. The composite combines the functions of reinforcement, separation and filteration.
SamiGrid - Asphalt Reinforcement Grid
SamiGrid is a composite product consisting of an asphalt reinforcement grid made from high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibres in combination with a nonwoven fabric. Saturation of the nonwoven with bitumen means that SamiGrid also performs a sealing function to complement the reinforcing action of the grid. This powerful combination of materials results in a high-performance product that is ideal for the rehabilitation of concrete pavements by using an asphalt overlay. Through the active retardation of reflective cracking, SamiGrid significantly extends the service life of asphalt resurfaced concrete pavements.

Huesker - Nonwoven Fibres
Basetrac Nonwoven consists of polypropylene and mixed fibres. This product is available in a range of weights up to 350 g/m² and a GRK class of 3-5. It is typically used for seperating and filtering. Basetrac Nonwoven complies with important norms, for example HPQ and IVG.
