Hydro Composites manufactures rectangular and square tanks for various applications in many different lengths, widths and depths. Most of our rectangular and square tanks are fabricated in one piece using contact molds built by our skilled staff. Thickness, color and bottom shape can be altered depending on the application for the tank.

Hydro Composites manufactures cylindrical tanks for Aquaculture and other applications in many different diameters and depths.  Typical applications are excess water storage, salt mixing, and additional aeration chambers. Most of our cylindrical tanks are fabricated using contact molds built by our skilled staff. Thickness, color and bottom shape can be altered depending on the application for the tank. If your application requires a size we do not currently manufacture, we can make a mold and produce tanks to your specifications. We have the ability to put your concept into CAD to insure the design meets your satisfaction prior to construction. Hydro Composites manufactures all tanks using premium FDA approvable iso-resins, gel coat and glass materials.

Hydro Composites manufactures Panel tanks for Aquaculture and other applications in several different diameters and depths. Standard Panels come in 2ft, 3ft, 4ft and 5ft heights. To create a tank with greater depths, a second row of panels can be installed. Our Panels are fabricated using contact molds built by our skilled staff. Thickness, color and bottom shape can be altered depending on the application for the tank. If your application requires a size we do not currently manufacture we can make a mold and produce tanks to your specifications. We have the ability to put your concept into CAD to insure the design meets your satisfaction prior to construction.

Hydro Composites manufactures storage tanks for potable water and other applications in many different diameters and heights. Most of our storage tanks are fabricated using contact molds built by our skilled staff. We use FDA approved resins and ASTM end caps for all of our storage tanks. Thickness, color and bottom shape can be altered depending on the application for the tank. A flat bottom and domed top are standard on most storage tanks.

Standard Series Tray: All Standard Series products include woven roven for structural support and a thick, refined gel coat finish. Interior and exterior may be different colors. Standard and custom colors available.

Hydro Composites manufactures cone tops for our 96", 120" and 144" round tanks as well as bottom sumps and skimmer boxes as accessories.
