HydroResearch

HydroResearch, based in Täby, Sweden was established in 1993 by Sam Johansson. The main goals for the company are to: Develop, improve, and introduce new methods suitable for dam safety monitoring, including monitoring devices and evaluation tools. Act as a bridge between industry and researchers both on national and international levels. Provide expert services in dam engineering. Most of our work is within Sweden and connected to the dams for the hydropower and mining industry, where our experience and products are well known. In this sector we have worked with all the major companies in Sweden such as Vattenfall, Fortum, Statkraft, Skellefteå Kraft, Uniper, Boliden and LKAB.
