I2M Associates, LLC is a professional practice offering experienced geologists, hydrogeologists, engineers, and other scientists with many years in mineral exploration and project management, mergers and acquisitions, and environmental assessments, including Brownfields redevelopment. Related areas of expertise include forensic and feasibility studies in the mining industry, the environmental industry and the legal community in the U.S. and overseas.

Led by Jeffrey D. King, P.G., and Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., the Principals have served industry in the U.S. and overseas for decades, the former for a number of international companies. Mr. King has served Fortune 500 companies such as DuPont and Weyerhaeuser, and for international and national consulting groups in mining and environmental engineering based in Houston and the Seattle area.

Mr. Campbell has served the Conoco Mining Group in Australia and Wyoming; Teton Exploration; Div. of United Nuclear Corporation in Casper; Texas Eastern Nuclear, Inc.; Pioneer Nuclear, Inc.; Omega Energy Corporation in Houston; and a number of national environmental engineering groups, such as Law Engineering, ERM, and others in Seattle and Houston. After leaving DuPont in the mid-1990s, Mr. Campbell has spent almost 20 years in private practice as a senior consultant, principal instructor, and senior program manager.

Together with a number of senior environmental and mining associates, I2M Associates conducts and manages a variety of geoscience programs in Texas, Washington, and elsewhere in the U.S. and around the World, supporting both mining and environmental projects, including real estate-related Brownfields projects.

I2M Associates, LLC is supporting the formation of an international multi-company group to explore and develop uranium, precious metals, and other commodities and properties in the U.S. and overseas. The new company will be operational in the near future and will be based in Seattle, Washington with other offices located in strategic cities around the world (see I2M Corp.).

About I2M Associates

I2M Associates' personnel have performed, supervised, or advised on many projects covering most aspects of the environmental and associated mining fields. Within industry, I2M Associates personnel have served as senior corporate technical management within multi-disciplinary environmental engineering consulting groups and the chemical industry. Now, through I2M Associates, industrial clients, consulting companies, and attorneys have access to I2M Associates personnel and their collective store of technical and business savvy, ranging from litigation support to mergers and acquisitions.

Many I2M Associates are licensed Professional Geologists, Engineers, and/or Hydrogeologists in a number of states, including Texas, Mississippi, Wyoming, Washington, and Alaska, and actively support international professional societies involved in expanding the geoscience and technical development of economic energy and mineral resources throughout the world.

I2M Associates provides the specialized requirements of industry as well as Tier I and Tier II environmental consultants to the national and local environmental groups by providing them with senior management and adjunct sources of senior- and project-level hydrogeologic, geologic, and engineering guidance, and litigation support on RCRA, CERCLA, and on specialized projects.

Jeffrey D. King, President of I2M Associates, LLC, announced that Richard C. Bost, P.E., P.G., has joined I2M as a Senior Associate in Engineering and Geological Projects. Mr. Bost recently retired from ERM after some 30 years, most of those as an ERM Partner. He is well known in the environmental, oil and gas, mining, geotechnical and engineering fields as well as in litigation support to the legal community (see CV).

Earlier, Mr. King also announced that Travis Shackelford, P.G. has joined I2M as a Senior Associate Environmental and Mining Geologist. He has over 20 years as a Project Manager with considerable experience in a range of environmental consulting.

About I2M Facilities
The I2M professional library was assembled over the years with thousands of citations forming a sound literature base to support I2M environmental and mining projects in Texas, the U.S. and overseas. I2M Associates personnel are also well-trained in Internet search procedures for developing up-to-date sources of regulatory and technical information for projects. I2M Associates manages and maintains the IET Web Resources Portal, which provides easy access to the vast technical information available on the Web for geoscientists and others. In support of the Energy Minerals Division (EMD) of AAPG, I2M personnel manage the EMD Web Portal for its members and interested geoscientists involved in energy exploration and development throughout the world.
