IAC has several technologies available for reducing sulfur oxides, mercury, and hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids in stack emissions, but our preferred approach for industrial plants and applications is dry sorbent injection matched with a fabric filter collector (M-Pulse baghouse) to increase reaction time of the neutralizing sorbents with the flue gases. This is a highly efficient equipment package from a cost and “footprint” standpoint.

IAC`s M-Pulse, long bag, medium pulse Pressure Baghouse is designed for efficient operation and effective cleaning for large process gas flow applications. The M-Pulse is especially effective on coal fired, biomass, and other steam production applications. The modular design simplifies application up to 2,000,000 CFM.

The 200 Series is a range of diaphragm valve suitable for Dust Collector Applications, in particular for reverse Pulse-Jet Filter cleaning of filter bags, cartridges, envelope filters, ceramic filters, and sintered metal fiber filters.

Modular pulse jet baghouses are comprised of multiple, standardized, prefabricated sections that are assembled on the jobsite. IAC’s Modular baghouses are preferred for numerous applications because they are easy to install, can be quickly modified, and their functionality can be easily improved by adding or replacing individual components.

IACs high pressure (70-100 PSI) Pulse Jet Baghouses have been field-proven for over 20 years at thousands of installations. The units can be used for either process gas or nuisance/fugitive dust collection. Filter media from 44 ft2 to 21,818 ft2 is available in this design series.  Snap- band type 6.25″ bags in lengths of 36″, 50″, 72″, 96″, 120″ and 144″ are pre-engineered into our standard design; however, tube sheets can be easily configured for your own bag size for parts commonality.

IAC builds the most advanced reverse air baghouse systems in North America. Reverse air bagouse dust collectors clean filter media with high volume, low pressure air. While not as commonly built today as baghouses with pulse jet cleaning, reverse air baghouses have specialty applications, such as steel mill electric arc furnaces (EAF’s), where this system of dust control is preferred.
