OEM Equipment & Engineered System - Gas Stream Conditioning Systems
IAC - Permanent Sorbent Storage and Injection Equipment and Systems
IAC offers permanent solutions to reduce Sox, SO2 and SO3, and HCI from boiler flue gasses with our permanent dry sorbent injection (DSI) equipment and systems. We assist customers select proper injection points and choosing correct dry sorbent medium for maximum acid gas control efficiency. IAC provides equipment, installation, and employee training as a complete turnkey solution for your DSI requirements.
IAC - Temporary Rigs for Full Scale Flue Gas Desulphurization Testing and Analysis
IAC offers customers cost effective, rentable mobile testing rigs backed up with expert field service support. This turnkey package provides customers our self-contained FGD Test Rig, trained technicians, data acquisition, and documentation equipment for continuous 24-hr. Acid Gas Mitigation Flue Gas analysis. After testing and analysis, IAC can recommend SO3 Mitigation strategies and equipment. Testing of multiple sorbents can provide multi-pollutant Acid Gas Mitigation for SO3, Hg, HCL, Dioxin, and others.
IAC - Mercury (Hg) Control System
IAC's three step program for mercury control and removal from flue gas streams includes: (1) starting with a rental demonstration trailer to test performance of various PAC Sorbents and rates of injection to determine the best solution; (2) selecting the most effective PAC Sorbent, then (3) installing permanent PAC equipment.IAC - Semi-Dry Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) - Dual Fluid Nozzle Injection System
IAC provides Semi-Dry FGD (SDA) Dual Fluid Nozzles Injection systems for Flue Gas – Acid Gas Mitigation. Complete testing, demonstration services, and equipment can be provided by IAC`s trained technicians utilizing our own self-contained Flue Gas Desulphurization Test Rig.
IAC - Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR)
A properly designed and operated SNCR system can result in 90-95% reduction of NOx. Through the process of injecting Ammonia into the flue gas stream, the NOx levels are reduced significantly at a lower cost than other flue gas exhaust treatment systems. Cement producers should download our SCNR Systems for Cement Applications (PDF) product sheet for quick reference information, or our full Engineered SNCR Systems for Cement Applications (PDF) presentation for a detailed explanation of our SNCR methodology.
