The ICAF trolley-mounted air cleaner is the ideal solution for suction and filtration of welding fumes and fumes from occasional manual thermal cutting and the adsorption of low concentrations of substances such as: gas, oil-free vapour, odour produced by various applications in the industrial and chemicals sectors. The high quantity, quality, and lifetime of the activated carbon sections employed (total of 40 kg of carbon media) function EFFICIENCY with the various gaseous pollutants and make this aircleaner, which was originally designed in the early 1980s, absolutely unique and still very much in demand for severe duty conditions in which the large filtration surface area and the high performance extend the range of application to include the sectors of welding and Mechanical engineering and chemical processing on microparticulates and gases.

The suction bench BA series has been studied and realized in a range of sizes and accessories for the benefit of a great versatility of use for the suction, filtration and recovery of the particulates present in welding fumes and dusts of grinding, deburring and polishing of components and articles with small dimensions and weight, in addition to manual thermal cutting operations. The vacuum table, made of totally removable galvanized steel slots, can be modified and tailored to specific industry sectors, both in manufacturing but also in small workshops and training facilities (vocational schools) on welding and metal working.

Suspended modules are designed and built for extremely occasional and non intensive work processes. The proposed solution is a mechanical or electrostatic air cleaner, which can solve the majority of problems deriving from work processes that generate both dry and oil impregnated fumes and, in certain specific cases, also oil mist. Coupling the filtration unit to a suction arm (our IBS series) makes it possible to capture, at source, fumes, gas, microscopic particulate that are harmful for operator health, and is recognised and approved by international institutions responsible for promoting and regulating health and safety in the workplace.

The bag filter is a very versatile device that can be installed in many applications. Its versatility is due to the numerous felt types present on the market that respond effectively to most of the issues related to the intake flows, even at high dust concentrations. The filter unit looks like a container with a rectangular section in which, in the standard versions, are enclosed by 60 to 360 filter bags on a regular height 2m.The discharge of the powders can be made via a screw or rotary valve complete within bins directly connected to the hoppers of the filter. ICAM designs and fabric filters also non-standard cleaning with flow ranges up to 100,000 m³ / h and more .

The family of filters IFMC - Ex is designed to treat potentially explosive dusts in agreement with Atex harmonized standards ( UNI EN 13463-1 , UNI EN 1127-1).

The cartridge filter retains the operation versatility of the bag filter and in part solves the problems of bulk often associated with bag filters, with some limitations:

The mobile barriers IBMM model (single side sound absorption) and IBMB model (double side sound absorption), show high sound absorption and sound insulation performances. They are used in various industrial processes as effective means of sound enclosure if it is not possible or advantageous to make cabins or fixed walls.
