Management of the factory working cycle with the help of service solution of the online access system facilitates maintenance of the high level of the operational readiness and safety, secures the maximum level ofthe pelletizing plant productivity. Online access system is proposed as addition to the existing automatic control system. It is a system of the hardware and soft waremeans allowing to work in the remote mode through the internet connections. It means that in the case of the situation, when the specialists’ intervention to the software is required, they do not need to come to the customer – it will be enough to use online access system. Moreover, this system gives the managing staff the possibility to control the factory’s operation permanently from any place, where there is internet.

GTL-304D Minicomplex is designed for production of fuel pellets from preliminary prepared components of woodworking residues, straw grain, sunflower husks and other energy biomass of plant origin.

GTSK drying complexes are used at the raw material preparation area during the solid biofuel production (pellets or briquettes). They are designed for drying wood sawdust, shavings and other wastes of agricultural origin (grain straw, rape straw and others).

The crumbler is designed for crumbling up the pellets into particles of the target size. The material to be crumbled goes through the opening in the upper part of the crumbler. There is a flap inside the crumbler’s body for passing the material onto the rollers or besides them. The rollers surface is corrugated for better contact with the pellets and their crumbling up. The rollers are actuated by the electric motor through the V-belt transmission.

One of the significant goal of the fat-and-oil production is an increase of oil extraction grade. The methods of the iterative pressing or extraction are used for this purpose. However, this is a place where the producers  are facing the problem – how to cool the seed cake?  This is because the seed cake after oil pressing, except of having high fat content, is of high temperature (≈100-120ºÐ¡), that making the further extraction process dangerous through the possible explosion. Use of high effective GTO 12×30 cooler which is specially developed by the ICK Group’s specialists for seed cake cooling before further extraction is an answer to question.

GTDRM Hammer Mills are specially designed by ICK Group for fine milling of light materials: wastes from agro-industrial complexes (straw, hay) coming from GTIS TM GRANTECH Straw Chopper; wood residues (chips, sawdust) after chipping or wood-shaving machines; sunflower, rice, millet husks etc.; other kinds of raw material. GTDRM Hammer Mills can be used in live stock sector for mixed feed milling as well. Raw material particles size should be up to 50 mm and of humidity no more than 14%.

Aerodynamic drying plant is the main unit of the GTAS drying complex where the drying process up to the required parameters takes place due to the direct contact of the wet material with air and solid fuel combustion products. The drying process itself passes in the vertical tube.
