Split cable entry system for routing and sealing cables with connectors, providing an IP66 / UL Type 12/4X* rating and strain relief for cable diameters from 1 to 16 mm (single-hole grommets KT 1 - 15) and 16 to 35 mm (single-hole grommets KT 16 - 34).  The cable entry system is easy to install. Cable grommets are placed into compartments and are securely fixed to the frame during assembly. The KEL-ER frames match exactly the cut-out dimensions for 10-, 16- and 24-pin standard industrial connectors. Either a cut-out of 36 mm or 46 mm in height can be chosen depending on the cables being routed. The KEL-ER-B frame matches the cut-out dimensions of 46 × 46 mm measuring instruments.

Cable grommets KT small are used with the following cable entry components: KEL cable entry frames, KVT split cable glands. In combination with KEL-ER cable entry frames and KVT-ER cable glands the KT single-hole grommets enable a sealing of the cables with up to IP66 / IP68 and UL Type 4X*.

KEL-DPU-HD hygienic multi-membrane cable entry plates with high strain relief function, pluggable / IP66 / IP68 / FDA compliant. The new cable entry plates KEL-DPU-HD have been specially developed for installation in food processing and packaging machines. During the development according to the Hygienic Design guidelines, care was taken to ensure that the visible side of the cable entry plate are free of dirt-collecting recesses. The surface was kept very smooth (Ra = 0,421 μm acc. to ISO 4287). The outer contour has a radius of 6 mm instead of the required 3 mm. In addition, the KEL-DPU-HD uses an FDA-compliant elastomer in accordance with food approval 1935/2004/EG and (EU) 10/2011. The signal colour blue ensures a clear visual colour recognition.

EMC clamp assembly for screw assembly with or without integrated strain relief. EMC clamp assemblies are used, where the shield of several cables must be connected to the earth potential. They are easy to use and enable effective earthing and strain relief of up to 12 cables in a small space. There are different carriers available which can be user configured with up to 12 SKL or MSKL shield clamps. The shield clamps are mounted directly on the surface of the clamp assembly which guarantees a tight fit.

CONFiX™ FWS bulkhead fittings for cable protection conduits suitable for conduit screw connections or direct conduit pickup / IP54. The 90° angled conduit fitting CONFiX™ FWS is for installation of parallel corrugated cable protection conduits, e.g. in machines, control panels or control cabinets. The liftable cover is tightly fixed by a hinge. Therefore, the system is fast and easy to install.

The DIN-RC cutter cuts various DIN rails with little effort and accurately. The cut is clean and free of burrs; there is no waste. The length stop with guiding device ensures that nothing slips while cutting and that the cut is always 90° at an exact angle. Thanks to the optimal power transmission of the cutting device, only little effort is required.

KVT-ER are split cable glands for routing and sealing cables with connectors, with diameters from 1 to 16 mm (KT 1 - 15) and 16 to 35 mm (KT 16 - 34). But also electric, pneumatic or hydraulic lines without terminals or connectors as well as corrugated conduits can be easily routed (e.g. into control panels, enclosures or machinery), sealed and strain relieved acc. to EN 62444.
