IDAT - Precast CCAD Software
The software CCAD is one of the world market leading programs for 3-dimensional design of precast concrete parts. The complete functional range, the high level of automation and the easy handling – these are the key benefits for our users to get a cost-optimized design process with the best quality results. Nearly every CAD designer in the world works with AutoCAD. Compared to other programs this reduces the effort of training, raises the user acceptance and affects the data exchange with other people and departments positively because data exchange must be mostly done via AutoCAD formats DWG or DXF. These data could be used directly by CCAD. There is no need to emulate data or redraw in the worst case. Stay close to the market standards and don´t make yourself a slave of other software solutions.
IDAT Revit - Precast Concrete Software
IDAT Revit Precast is an efficient tool developed on and for the world’s leading BIM platform Autodesk® Revit. Extend the functionality of Autodesk® Revit, increase the BIM level and optimize precast concrete design and production! IDAT Revit Precast offers professional planning, a wide range of automation options, tools for e.g. columns and beams, vertical wall connections or assemblies and, last but not least, extensive functions for editing and generating welding mats for plant control. The IDAT Family Extender or IDAT Explode command provides unique, never before available tools for creating, using and automating Revit families and editing your drawings. IDAT Revit Precast speeds up the input of reinforcements and fixtures many times over.
RevitPrecastLink - Precast Concrete Detailing Software
Precast concrete detailing on the state of the art platform Revit – full BIM integration for trend setting design. Today’s construction design is more and more realized by following the BIM method. Often BIM is a precondition for the participation on large scale projects and strictly mandated by the constructor. If the precast manufacturer hasn’t established the BIM method he will in the worst case not be considered for tender invitations.
IDAT - Pallet Assignment Software
In addition to our CAD program, IDAT also offers production planning programs. These programs round out the range of products we offer, allowing you to map end-to-end, integrated planning from the point where the data is received from the customer to the production of the precast unit all using the IDAT software. These programs work with the machine data generated by the CAD program and are therefore fully compatible with modern production technology and central computer systems. AutoCAD is not required to run these programs. This can be done independently of CAD on a separate PC.
IDAT - Invoicing Module CAD Software
In addition to many interfaces to technical departments at a concrete precasting plant, modern CAD software must also offer interfaces to the business and administrative units. Quantities for tasks such as the preparation of cost estimates, purchase orders or invoicing data for customer orders can be generated more quickly, more accurately and more reliably by a computer program than by hand. And computers don’t make spelling mistakes!
IDAT - CAD/CAM Interface Software
Machine data for controlling modern production equipment or circulation plants managed by central computers can be generated directly from the CAD program. This data is generated in Unitechnik or PXML format by default. These formats are supported by most modern production machines and have established themselves as the quasi unofficial standard for this area of the data interface.

WinBösch - Stability Calculation Software
The module of the program WinBoesch for the calculation of the stability of slopes with circular slip planes offers the possibility to determine the slope and/or ground resistance to fracture with the help of a rotation mechanism (according to Bishop). For WinBoesch further modules for the calculation with block slip lines and with non-circular slip lines are available. The surface of WinBoesch is similar to that of WINDOWS Explorer. The input tree guarantees an optimal view of all inputs. Opening the output window before the data input enables the user to directly see the effects of the data input in the output window. As many windows as needed can be opened and arranged either next to or below each other. WinBoesch runs with the operating systems WINDOWS 2000, XP, Vista and WINDOWS 7.
SpriCAD - AutoCAD Software
With SpriCAD the input of pipeline geometry can be made alternatively with the CAD system AutoCAD. For AutoCAD, a full version between 2004 and 2014 (32 Bit) or between 2010 and 2018 (64 Bit) under Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7, 8 and 10 is required. The usage is very easy and transparent to the normal AutoCAD instructions.
Sprinkler Systems
WinSprink - Calculation Software
The basis for WinSprink is the time-tested and proven calculation core. Tree and loop typed systems can be calculated. The input of data is made by an input tree view control which can be compared with Windows Explorer. The item which is to be processed can be selected directly from the tree (e.g. range pipe). The data for this item will be shown on the right-hand side in a table. Thus, finding the items and changing them is easy and fast.
