Idronaut - CTD Multiparameter probe

The OCEAN SEVEN 310 multiparameter CTD represents a real breakthrough in the concept of miniaturization, integration and performance. Thanks to the adoption of a new generation of electronic devices, the OS310 can interface several analogue and digital sensors and can guarantee sampling rates up to 28Hz. The operator can easily select the OS310 sampling rate from 1Hz to 28Hz (samples per second), according to the required monitoring or profiling activity. The OS310 CTD can be easily integrated/adapted to third-party systems like floating profilers and/or oceanographic moorings, ROVs and AUVs. IDRONAUT prides itself on the design of its full ocean depth, low maintenance sensors. The OS310 does not require pumps or any other external device to flush the sensors, which minimizes its power consumption. The OS310 is characterized by a drift free sensors preamplifier.

Idronaut - Temperature Sensor

AISI316L Temperature Sensor (700 bar): Very fast response platinum resistance thermometer. Main application: Profiling. Titanium Temperature Sensor (700 bar): Fast response platinum resistance thermometer. Main application: Long Time Monitoring.

Idronaut - MIni water Sampling System

This MISS sampling system accept up to five (5) NISKIN bottles of different capacities (0.8, 1.5, 2.1 Liter each) and comes complete with a RS232/RS485 digital interface and a simple protocol that allows to control the bottle firing operations. The NISKIN bottles are closed in sequence starting from bottle 1 to bottle 5. The MISS integrates a rechargeable battery pack to power the sampling system and the interfaced CTD. Instead of a bottle it is possible to install an IDRONAUT OCEAN SEVEN CTD, (OS310, OS316Plus or OS320Plus) which takes control of the MISS sampling system operations and provides real-time measurements from the installed sensors like but not limited to: Pressure, Temperature, Conductivity, Salinity, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Redox, Turbidity, Chlorophyll-a, Phycocyanin, Phycoerythrin.

Idronaut - pH & Redox sensor

The OCEAN SEVEN 306 pH and redox combined sensor is provided with analogue output 0..5V and allows the in situ determination of pH and optionally redox (ORP – Oxidation Reduction Potential) in natural waters as oceans, lakes, rivers and estuaries, at depths down to 700 bar. The OCEAN SEVEN 306 pH and redox combined probe, is specifically designed to simplify the integration in CTD probes or third-part instruments. The OS306 is available with POM (200 bar) and Titanium (700 bar) housings.

Multiparameter CTDs - Oceanographic CTDs

Idronaut - Full-Ocean Multiparameter WOCE - CTD for Oceanography

The OCEAN SEVEN 320Plus WOCE-CTD multiparameter probe is the result of Idronaut’s 35-year-old experience in the design and manufacturing of high-quality fast response CTDs. The OCEAN SEVEN 320Plus CTD well meets the WOCE programme accuracy, precision and resolution specifications. The CTD can be easily equipped with an additional redundant conductivity and temperature (CT) sensor pair without the need for underwater connectors. The CT redundant sensors permit the gathering of extremely precise data with a verifiable data quality.

Multiparameter CTDs - Environmental CTDs

Idronaut - CTD Multiparameter Probe

Self-Recording, Profiling, Realtime Telemetry 7000m, Multiparameter. The OCEAN SEVEN 316S CTD multiparameter probe is equipped with the IDRONAUT full ocean depth long-term stability sensors, central to which, is the high accuracy seven-platinum-ring quartz conductivity cell. The OS316S does not require pump or any other external device to flush the sensors, which minimizes its power consumption and allows the use in Arctica and Antarctica. For added flexibility, the OS316S can be easily interfaced/integrated on buoys, ROVs and AUVs, thus making this probe an ideal choice for both on-line profiling and self-recording moored applications. Optional data telemetry is available for on-line full ocean depth, real-time communications. The OS316S can optionally accommodate analogue and digital inputs dedicated to interface external sensors.

Multiparameter CTDs - On-Line Modules

Ocean Seven - Cylinder On-Line Module with Multi-Parameter Sensors

The OS314 On-Line module is housed in a sealed POM cylinder provided with a transparent acrylic flow cell which is easily removed for sensor cleaning and maintenance. The sample volume of the measuring chamber is only 420 ml, which ensures a very fast response time. The measurement sensors installed in the On-Line module are manufactured by IDRONAUT. The On-Line module is controlled by an advanced miniaturized and very low power electronics that store measurements in non-volatile memory or transmit them in real-time at sampling rate of up to 28 Hz. The On-Line module can be directly connected to a data logger or personal computer by means of a wired or wireless interface. Optional interfaces allow the connection of external fluorometer and turbidity meter.

Multiparameter CTDs - Borehole CTDs

Idronaut - BOREHOLE multiparameter CTD

The OCEAN SEVEN 310 BOREHOLE multiparameter CTD is the result of IDROANUT’s 40-year-old experience in the design and manufacturing of high-technology borehole probes for deep groundwater profiling. The OS310 CTD multiparameter probe, which presents very small size (diameter of only 43mm), has been specifically designed for groundwater investigations through “boreholes” and uses very reliable, accurate and drift-free high-quality sensors, associated with advanced and miniaturized electronics.
