IES Residential, Inc.

IES Residential was originally founded in 1973 as Houston-Stafford Electric and became one of the nation’s largest and most respected electrical contracting firms, performing work nationwide for many of America’s leading builders and developers. In 1998 Houston- Stafford and thirteen other companies were acquired by Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. In 2008, Houston-Stafford and four other previously acquired residential providers were combined and renamed IES Residential. IES Residential offers a full range of services in addition to electrical installations including voice, data and video design and installation, security systems installations and monitoring, and solar power installation services.
