IFE - Vibrating Feeder with Electromagnetic Drive
IFE vibrating feeders with electromagnetic drive are used for bin extraction and for conveying of bulk material. Especially favourable for dosing, applications include feeding of weigh bins, or weigh feeders, or steady and smooth feeding for downstream equipment. The vibrating feeders are manufactured in a welded design, driven by an IFE electromagnetic drive.
IFE - Vibrating Tubular Feeder with Electromagnetic Drive
IFE vibrating tubular feeders with electromagnetic drive are used for bin extraction and for conveying of bulk material. Typically they are used to convey dusty material or used to protect material from ambient conditions. Inlet and outlet can be sealed of by means of elastic sleeves. Applications include dosing, extended feeding of weigh bins, or weigh feeders for steady and smooth feeding for downstream equipment. The vibrating feeders are built in a welded design, driven by an IFE electromagnetic drive.
IFE - Spiral Elevator
Spiral elevator for vertical transport of fine bulk material. The spiral conveying trough is driven by IFE unbalanced motors arranged oppositely causing a vertical conveying of the bulk material. Inlet and outlet are designed according to customers needs. IFE spiral elevators are used in foundries and in the commodity industries.
Screening Technology
IFE - Linear Motion Vibrating Screen
IFE linear motion vibrating screens are used for screening of granulous bulk material. The robust screen frame is manufactured, depending on the application, either in welded or in bolted and glued design. These screens can be driven by one or several IFE exciter drives or by a pair of IFE unbalanced motors. IFE linear motion vibrating screens can be equipped with all different kinds of screen mats available on the market. The minimized height of the screen allows for installation in restricted space.
IFE - Underwater Screen
IFE underwater screens with IFE exciter drive work in a tank. The screen deck is partially submerged. Excellent screening results are the result of the flow behavior of water, particularily when fine cutpoints are needed.
Trisomat - Flip-Flop Screen
Flip-flop screen TRISOMAT for difficult to handle material. The flip-flop screen TRISOMAT is perfectly suited for difficult to handle material. These screens perform outstandingly where the decks of conventional screens clog or stick.
Variomat - Doubledeck Screen
VARIOMAT doubledeck screen for the recycling industry. The proven design of the upper deck combined with the new resonance system VARIOMAT of the lower deck provide for an extraordinary double deck screen. The screen is driven by the IFE unbalanced shaft and the flexible screen mats of the lower deck are agitated in resonance to the screen frame. This flip-flop design allows for non-clogging screening.
Magnetic Technology
IFE - Electromagnetic Overband Separator
IFE electromagnetic overband separators are used to separate ferrous impurities from any kind of bulk material. They are used to recover magnetic particles from slag, household or industrial waste, foundry sand etc. and are utilized to protect crushers, belt conveyors, screens or grinders from metallic tramp particles. When a large volume of tramp iron is expected, a self-cleaning type separator will be more economical than a simple suspended magnet which is sufficient for small quantities. Most beneficial are electromagnetic overband separators, when strong magnetic fields are needed or arrangement of equipment only allows for high clearence distances.
IFE - Magnetic Pulley
IFE-magnetic pulleys comprise of a shaft with the magnetic system built on it. Both ends of the shaft are adapted according to clients needs. These pulleys are usually installed in belt conveyors. The magnetic system induces a strong magnetic field functioning all over the perimeter. All magnetizable material is attracted and pulled to the pulley, until it is extracted from the magnetic field by the lower run of the belt.
IFE - Eddy Current Separators
IFE eddy current separators are used to separate non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, brass, etc.) from bulk material of all kinds.
