The DCC continuous level transmitter is used in conjunction with the IGEMA DP411 measuring probe for the delivery of an output current proportional to the fill level 4-20 mA. It is intended for use in steam boilers or other fluid tanks. The product meets EC Directive 97/23/EC (PED). Conformity (CE marking) is certified in accordance with Annex III, Module D1 (Category II); notified body NB 0035. Regulations applied: corresponding DIN EN standards.

The DCU discontinuous water level controller is a 2-point water level controller with additional LW signalling (clS, cld) or HW signalling (chS, chd). It can be configured as a supply or drain controller. The transparent level gauge is adirect water level gauge with illumination which can be used for steam generators. The bicolour level gauge is a direct water level gauge which can be used for steam generators. In the sight opening, the water space is indicated in green and the steam space in red. The product corresponds to the PED directive 97/23/EEC art. 3 par. 3 SEP (Sound Engineering Practice). Applied rules are TRD/AD2000 or ASME-Boilers.

In conjunction with the appropriate IGEMA level probes the SMHC2 self-monitoring high water level limiter is a limiter with safety function in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) (special design according to Water Level 100). The product meets EU Directive 2014/68/EU (PED). Conformity (CE marking) is certified in accordance with Annex III, Modules B+D (Category IV); notified body NB 0035. Regulations applied: corresponding DIN EN standards. Due to the permanent self-monitoring, the limiter ensures the safety function. Thus he can be implemented in systems with safety requirements up to SIL 3.

As two-point water level controller plus low level alarm (DLR1) or high level alarm (DHR1) together with the IGEMA conductivity probes, e.g. in steam boilers acc. to TRD/EN or as level controller in tanks with conductive liquids. The product according to PED directive 97/23/EEC annex VII (Module B+D, category II) has the CE-mark no. 0035 of the notified body. Applied rules as per TRD and AD2000.

The valve is used to blow down and / or to drain steam boilers. The conception of the valve enables a fast opening necessary for the blowing down. This fast opening causes a suction in the boiler whereby deposits and possible solids are flushed out of the boiler.
