IMR - Portable Automotive Flue Gas Analyzers

The IMR 1400C is a portable Flue Gas Analyzer for commercial and industrial applications. The rugged combustion analyzer can be equipped with up to 4 sensors. Its basic unit has an O2 (Oxygen) and a CO (Carbon Monoxide) sensor. The other two sensors are customer selectable as well as the measuring ranges. The IMR 1400C measures and calculates all the needed parameters to perform a thorough combustion test.

IMR - Portable Exhaust Gas Analyzer

The exhaust gas analyzer IMR 1440FL is designed to measure exhaust gases on Forklift Trucks, Generators, Cars, and heavy Machinery that are powered by Diesel or Gas Engines. According to regulations it can measure soot on diesel engines and Carbon Monoxide CO on gas powered forklift trucks. Some worldwide regulations require Nitric Oxides NOx, therefore this analyzer can be equipped with a NOx sensor as well.

IMR - Continuous Emission Monitoring System

The IMR 5000 is state-of-the-art Continuous Emission Monitoring System, and is designed for a wide variety of stationary emission monitoring applications. The IMR 5000 is a stand-alone analysis system that works automatically. Available in a 19” rack mount or rugged wall mounted enclosure. The wall mount enclosure meets NEMA type 4X (IP65) standards. The modular approach of the IMR 5000 allows multiple gases to be measured simultaneously.

IMR - Opacity Monitor

Used for non-compliance applications, the ET101/102 is a simple, reliable, cost effective way to measure opacity or dust in a stack or duct.

IMR - Continuous Dust Monitor

The ET 301 is a dust monitor using well-proven technology providing accurate and rapid results. Being adaptable it can be used on duct sizes from 250mm to 5m making the ET 301 a suitable sensor for a wide range of applications where a dust measurement is required. ET 301 continuous dust monitor uses the well-proven sensor technology to directly measure mass particulate concentration by sensing the frictional charge created when particles collide with a conductor.

IMR - Dual Pass Opacity / Dust Monitor

The DCEM2100 provides a continuous measurement of opacity or dust concentration in flue gases by continuously measuring the transmissivity of visible light across a process duct or stack. Its dual-pass optical arrangement is based on twin transmissometers measuring in opposing directions through the same section of the gas stream, providing not only an accurate average of the dust loading, but also providing a unique dynamic assessment of any misalignment errors due to stack movement. The DCEM2100 is a dual-pass transmissometer configured for the continuous measurement of opacity and dust in flue gases.
