INDCO's stainless steel PhG-series Tri-Clamp® Mount Gear-Drive Mixers with external mechanical seals are the clear choice for your most stringent sanitary mixing applications up to 10,000 liters. Designed for the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries, the gear-driven design with 3" tri-clamp® agitates large volumes of low viscosity materials with minimal shear or can be configured for smaller volumes of more viscous materials. The external dry-running mechanical seal is rated full vacuum to 200 psi and features EPDM USP Class VI elastomers. The model PhG-100T3 mixer features a 1 Hp, 230/460V, 3-phase stainless steel Baldor motor coupled with a 10:1 ratio stainless steel gearbox. Output speed is 175 rpm.

INDCO's CL series direct drive mixers are an economical option for mixing drums or small batches of light to medium viscosity materials. This 1 HP electric motor model is ready to plug into a standard outlet. The totally-enclosed fan cooled motor requires single phase 115/230 voltage. The 48" long mixing shaft attaches to the motor coupler and two 5" impellers with set screws. The adjustable clamp allows for vertical positioning of the mixer and tightens to container or stand with hand knob. All wetted parts are stainless steel for chemical resistance. This electric model features an ABB or an equivalent brand motor.

INDCO's flange mount mixers can be fastened to almost any flat surface above the tank, making them versatile and easy to use.  The 4-5/8" OD steel flange has (4) 3/8" diameter bolt holes on a 3-1/2" bolt circle.  The 1 HP electric totally-enclosed fan cooled motor operates at 1750 RPM. Our heavy duty clamp mount mixers are our most robust design for mixing in open top containers or with slotted lids.  They feature a substantial cast aluminum clamp assembly and nosecone with a pressed-in bearing for maximum shaft support.  The mass of the clamp and nosecone combined with larger shaft diameters minimize vibration during operation.  The clamp mount has 90° vertical and 360° horizontal adjustments for versatile mixer positioning. The unique clamp adjusts to the rim of the drum with the hand knob and sits at an angle such that it will enter through a 2" drum lid bung.
