This stirrer package includes an air drive head (model AS4AC), a 1/2" x 18" stainless steel shaft and a 4" design A dispersion blade (model DB4A). The air drive head is lightweight and offers variable speed for mixing solvents or other flammable materials with less risk than electric models. The rod and ring bracket allows the user to mount the drive head on a stand with a "C" clamp or on a mixing workstation when used with a support clamp.

The air drive head is lightweight and offers variable speed for mixing solvents or other flammable materials with less risk than electric models.  The rod and ring bracket allows the user to mount the drive head on the stand when used with the support clamp.

The ES6000 electric stirrer operates with manual speed control from 0-6000 RPM on an integral direct drive motor / controller unit.  Rated for light duty, this 1/10 HP 115V, 60 Hz unit has a maximum torque load of 1 in-lb. This model comes complete with a 12" shaft, 2-1/2" propeller and a 9/16" x 10" mounting rod and is ideal for agitating light liquids in batch sizes up to 20 liters.  Stands or "C" clamps and mounting rod support clamps are available in our product line to assist with different mounting options for this stirrer and are sold separately.

INDCO`s handheld mixers are a great tool for mixing paint, resins, chemicals, ink, adhesives & block fillers. The AM200-B model includes a dual handlebar option. The 1-1/2 HP air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 70 CFM. See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow. The air flow valve allows speed control from 300-3000 RPM. The model includes a 1/2" capacity chuck. This model features a Gast air motor which is known for its rugged construction and reliability.  Variable speed with air motors offers flexibility for mixing in multiple applications.  Air motors are also a lighter weight option than our electric models.  Non-electrical operation reduces the possibility of explosion in a combustible environment.

NDCO`s 1-1/2 HP pneumatic bench top disperser with digital tachometer reliably processes up to five gallons.  Raise and lower the unit up to 15" with the easy to use toggle valve and air cylinder. The cylinder requires 5 CFM at 50 PSI.  Speed is adjustable from 300-3000 RPM and the 1-1/2 HP motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI at 70 CFM. See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow. The 1" x 15" shaft is drilled and tapped on the end for bolting on the included 4" diameter design A dispersion blade. Pre-lubricated heavy-duty ball bearings add stability and minimize shaft vibration. Securely hold pails with the adjustable chain restraint. All wetted parts are 300 series stainless steel.
