Owned and operated by Industrial Environmental, Inc., mobile hydraulic dredging equipment is fitted with a 6` to 10` submersible pump to accommodate a variety of sludge properties when dredging active ponds or impoundments within a variety of industry sectors and demanding environments. Capabilities include treating or limiting the amount of effluent from the dredging operation prior to discharge to further protect our customers from liability resulting from discharge violations. To limit turbidity of the dredging effluent, silt curtains and booms are utilized for further environmental control. Operators use only sheenless, bio-degradable non-toxic hydraulic oil in our fleet of hydraulic dredging and submersible equipment.

Industrial Environmental Inc. maintains a diverse fleet of skid and trailer mounted dewatering equipment, i.e., filter presses, belt presses, dewatering boxes, centrifuges and customized Geotextile bags to successfully dewater various liquid sludge properties from ponds, lagoons, basins and impoundements; reducing volume and associated transportation costs involved.  Our seasoned field professionals possess an intricate knowledge of chemisty and mechanics to  successfully dewater a variety of sludge properties ranging from pulp and paper waste sludge, fly ash, gypsum, food processing wastes, bio-solids and storm water sediments.

Industrial Environmental, Inc. has the specialized pumps and equipment to facilitate material movement and transfer from a variety of hard to reach areas. In many cases the material to be moved has a specific gravity or depth that makes it difficult or impossible to move with a traditional vacuum truck, or the material is too abrasive to use a standard pump. Industrial Environmental, Inc. uses pumps with hardened impellers and volutes that have the capability of overcoming head pressures that are impossible for vacuum trucks to achieve. Our pumps can move material with a solids content approaching 70% in some applications. Our unmanned remote controlled dredge allows us to reach materials in difficult environments without having to shut the area down, or potentially expose our employees to safety hazards. We have been able to use these methods to effectively recover usable materials with no down time to an operating plant.
