All Inject-O-Meter gasoline engine pumps are available with 4.0 and 5.5 hp Honda® engines. This pump is designed for easy transportation for multiple injection sites. This unit is also used in industries where electricity is not always available or when the need to inject chemicals for short periods is needed. Inject-O-Meter Mfg. uses only quality Honda engines.

This unit allows the user to change the output of the pump without having to stop and manually adjust the stroke length of the piston. The waterproof controller is NEMA 4x that comes standard with start / stop and speed dial to vary the output of the pump. Please note that this system requires single phase 110 / 230 volt electricity to operate. With optional signal isolator board; pump output can be set proportional to water flow.

All Inject-O-Meter corrosive chemical pumps can be powered by any of the drive options mentioned. These pumps are made from either polypropylene or Kynar(r). Both are highly resistant to many chemicals; however, we suggest calling your chemical supplier on information regarding chemical compatibility with both of these polymers. These pumps are recommended for growers who need to inject acid as part of a prescribed maintenance program or to adjust the p.H. of the soil. The Kynar(r) pump is also excellent for injecting slurries materials.

The Inject-O-Meter Air Agitation is comprised of a high volume, low-pressure air pump that delivers constant air to the bottom of the chemical tank through a sparger nozzle.  As the air exits the sparger nozzle in the bottom of the tank, air bubbles rush back to the top causing a churning action within the tank.  Through a series of ball valves, the air agitation can be set for light, medium, heavy or no agitation at all.  This unit is powered by a 1/3 hp electric motor.

The Cal-O-Meter is a site calibration tube that allows you to calibrate your chemical application rate and to make sure that is consistent from time to time. Made of a high chemical resistant polymer the Cal-O-Meter™ is designed to handle that harshest chemicals. Available in 2 sizes 35 oz / 1050 ml or 58 oz / 1700 ml.

The Inject-O-Meter special packing seals are used for semi corrosive chemicals and are recommended for pumps that will handle semi-corrosive chemicals.

The Max 94 injection checkvalve is the distribution point for your chemicals into the irrigation line. This valve is designed to improve the distribution of chemicals in the waterline with a multidirectional atomizing spray. The Max-94™ is constructed completely of 316 stainless steel with a Viton® seat for strength and chemical resistance.

All Inject-O-Meter pumps have a installation kit option that includes all suction and discharge hoses, 40 mesh stainless steel filters, fittings and injection check valve. The installation kit comes in 2 styles; lifted suction or gravity flow.
