CAS 140D – Worldwide established reference for high-precision spectral light measurement. The latest high-end CAS 140D array spectroradiometer from Instrument Systems is seen as a benchmark for high-precision spectral light measurement technology both for weak light sources and high radiation intensity.

CAS 140 IR series – High-performance for wavelengths in the infrared spectral range. Manufacturers of high-class LEDs, luminaires and displays all over the world have for many years been placing their trust in the precise and reliable measuring results of the CAS array spectroradiometer from Instrument Systems. The two CAS 140 models IR1 (780 nm – 1700 nm) and IR2 (1500 nm – 2150 nm) are available for measuring wavelengths above 1100 nm. Like all spectrometers from Instrument Systems, the infrared models come with a calibration traceable to the PTB or NIST.

Thanks to high-precision analog technology and state-of-the-art digital signal processing, the DSP 200 photometer from Instrument Systems sets a benchmark in terms of precision, linearity and measuring speed.

Established photometer of precision class L or A pursuant to DIN 5032-7, CIE Publication 69 and EN 13032-1 for lab measurements. The preamplifier of the DSP 10 photometer was specially developed for fast “on-the-fly” measurements with the AMS and LGS series of goniophotometers from Instrument Systems. Spatial light distribution can be measured in a fraction of the time needed with conventional systems. The DSP 10 was designed for measuring both traditional light sources such as incandescent, halogen, fluorescent and discharge lamps and modern test samples with pulse-modulated LEDs. This broad range of applications is possible due to a unique combination of analog amplifier technology with digital signal processing.

LumiTop 4000 / 2700 – Innovative design combines imaging and spectral measurement technology. The LumiTop 4000 and LumiTop 2700 imaging colorimeters from Instrument Systems are used together with a CAS spectroradiometer for measuring the luminance and color uniformity of displays in the production line. They also include a photodiode, thus combining the advantages of three different types of measuring instrument: Unrivalled accuracy in spectral spot measurement, Analysis options of imaging colorimetry, Temporal resolution of a photodiode.
