Bent Axis Pump
Filtering on return line (or outlet) recommended. Refer to the side table. A filter on the inlet is not recommended because of possible cavitation problems. If it is necessary, the suction pressure limit of -0,3 bar (corresponding to 0,7 absolute bar) must be respected. Make use of cylindric gas-fittings (BSP) with O-ring, bonded-seal on the pump. Do NOT use fittings with conical thread.

Inserted in the driveshaft between gearbox and rear axle. PTO torque capability: 130 kgm max each output shaft at 1500 rpm. Four - two to front, two to rear - independently shiftable PTO`s for hydraulic pumps or prop-shaft drive. "Constant-mesh*1 output options on request. Clutch unit p.n. 3.5.1.068.0000 capable of 60 kgm suitable for "constant-mesh" output direct mounting. Auxiliary power available with the vehicle in motion. Drive connection to rear axle independent on PTO operation. Provision for electronic tachograph (Mannesmann VDO type): code 0.99.00.737.00 (dynamic with faston-type joint). code 0.99.00.738.00 (static with faston-type joint), code 0.99.00.739.00 (static with plug type joint). Provision for switch for warn light when main drive is disconnected. Max throughput rpm: 3.500 rpm.

Hyperion Valve
This valve has built in check valve, pilot relief valve. Valve is designed to protect both pump and cylinder from over pressure situations. Minimal pressure drop across the ports. Relief valve setting is independent of flow Spool bore leak is as low as 15ml/min at 10Obar. Optimal design of metering notches ensures smooth tapering of flow. This will avoid the back pressure on the pump and impact load on the tipper chassis. Precise control of spool movement for proportional control ensures smooth lowering with load. Lowering timing can be adjusted to suit customer requirement*. No throttling effect during relief opening at high pressure.
Hydraulic Oil Tanks
Introduction of rubber saddle to dampen the vibration and to achieve uniform load distribution. Metal strap with rubber introduced for better clamping of oil tank. Introduction of baffle plate to avoid turbulence in the tank while lowering of body. Reduces oil sloshing force on side plate during vehicle movement. Stainless steel ports for drain and tank outlet port to avoid corrosion. Breather with 10micron air filters to prevent ingress of dust particles during mining operations with 750lpm air handling capacity. Seamless welding to avoid weld leaks. Bulls eye oil level indicator to avoid leakage. Reusable 63micron return line filters to ensure presence of filter in the system. Better support for tank outlet port to avoid cracking of weld joints / distortion of weld joints during tightening.
