INTERECO produces penstocks to intercept of channels and a level regulators or flow rates. Several models, from those for the channel to those with seal 3 or 4 sides range, with the possibility to choose the manual or motorized models.

The screening of waste water is one of the preliminary mechanical treatment to which the waste water is subjected at the entrance of the treatment plants to remove and reduce suspended and floating materials. INTERECO produces chain vertical bar screens, rotating comb grid, arc and belt types, like request by the project.

INTERECO produce sand classifiers to separate sand/grit from sewage; complete by an air-lift. The unit is installed in a concrete circular tank, completed by a diametral support bridge. It is composed by: Drive unit completed of gear mechanical speed variator. Thrust roller bearing to support shaft and mixer. Lower plastic bearing.

The unit has been designed to be installed over a rectangular concrete basin, to remove settled solids.

The unit is composed by: Inlet and settling chamber, properly inclined to convey solids to the screw channel Screw channel internally coated with antiwearing material Shaft less screw Water tank completed with discharge pipe Gear reducer drive unit Amperometric relay for overload protection (to be installed in the control panel) As standard, hot tip zinc coated carbon steel with AISI 304 S.S., bolts and nuts. Under request all frame in AISI 304.

The unit has been designed to be installed over a circular concrete basin, to realize a first separation between sludge and water.

INTERECO produces this unit to be installed in a circular concrete basin, composed by: Diametral bridge with walking grate, hand rail, foot guard. Elicycloidal gear reducer/direct coupling drive unit. Transmission shaft, double arms, support beams. Bottom scraper. Vertical thickening beams. Soft inlet cylinder. Sludge feed pipe. Peripheral Thomson weirs. Overload protection with current relay. Hot dip zinc coated carbon steel made with AISI 304 S.S., bolts and nuts.

Manual and Automatic polyelectrolite preparation units, complete with one (EM), two (BSB) or three(BTB) tanks, connected with a siphon system, to realise an ageing on FIFO basis; the two tanks are used for powder dissolution (a 700 rpm propeller mixes water with polyelectrolite) and for solution storage. Up to 30 Kgs/hr in 8 different models; For powder and/or emulsion; With electrical switchboard or connection box.

Belt filtering table TF is used instead of a static thickener, with expensive concrete works, to thicken sludge before a digestor or a following dewatering unit (as belt press, plate filter press, centrifuge). Belt filtering tablet TF is complete with a vertical cylindrical reactor (with a variable speed mixer) to help sludge and polyelectrolite to react and separate from water. Flocculated sludge is discharged on the belt and is thickened to a solids content in a range of 2 to 5 times higher (with an equivalent volume reduction). Self cleaning nozzles are used to wash the belt.

Dynamic thickener ROTOSET with a sludge capacity up to 60 m3/hr. The unit is complete with vertical cylindrical reactor with impeller for a perfect sludge/polyelectrolite mixing, with a centrifugal filter cloth washing water pump, able to recycle the thickener filtrate, this to avoid water consumption and the increasing of the WWPT hydraulic head. ROTOSET is assembled on a hot dip zinc carbon steel frame (Skid).
