International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS)
The International Society for Environmental Information Sciences is a non-profit and free-membership organization of individuals, institutions and corporations. The society is dedicated to the development of information systems technology for environmental applications. It promotes the international exchange of knowledge in the field of environmental information systems research. The ISEIS membership is free of charge. The society now has members employed by academia, government and industry all over the world and maintains its head office in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada to coordinate its activities.

About us
The society provides a forum to address issues relevant to foundations, techniques and tools of environmental information sciences. The forum brings together scientists, engineers and managers from a broad range of disciplines with common interests. The primary activities of the ISEIS include organizing international conferences and regional workshops, as well as distributing publications. The ISEIS publishes its official premier publication, the Journal of Environmental Informatics, in addition to regular newsletters and conference proceedings. The society is exploring any opportunity to help its members succeed at the leading edge of their professions. As its vision, the ISEIS is working towards to becoming an influential contributor of scientifically credible and technically sound information with regard to environmental science, health and technology in international communities.
