Clean water is a valuable asset. More than two-thirds of our 'Blue Planet' is indeed covered by water, but only 2.5 % is fresh water, which is fast disappearing. Only 60 % of the world’s population is constantly supplied with fresh drinking water. The shortage of water not only affects countries in the southern hemisphere but many other countries too, especially during the summer months. The awareness of the value of water has increased worldwide. It can be witnessed in the escalating cost of drinking water supply and sewage water discharge worldwide.  The total demand for fresh water has also increased and our natural sources will be unable to compensate in the long run. It is clear that new sources of water must be developed.

In the famous tale from Greek mythology, the God Poseidon wanted to gift something to the people of Attica. He thrust his trident into the rock (on which the Acropolis stands today) and from it gushed a spring of water which was said shall never run dry. But the people, not having the vision or regard for the huge benefit that this inexhaustible source offered, did not like his gift!

Today however, we understand what it means to have our water sources run dry. It is happening in many countries now and therefore we are looking for durable and sustainable solutions that meet the specific needs of consumers.

Our company vision is to enable consumers to better use the resources of rainwater and grey water, rather than fresh drinking water, in domestic and commercial applications, and channel excess rain water back into groundwater reservoirs in an effort to increase the world’s supply of drinking water.
