Ionicon - Atmospheric Pressure Interface Time-of-Flight
Atmospheric Pressure Interface Time-of-Flight (APi-TOF) Instrument for Detection of Positive or Negative Ions based on the ioniTOF platform and Hexapole ION-GUIDES. The IONICON ioniAPi-TOF is a modular and robust Time-of-Flight mass spectrometer designed for the detection and mass analysis of ions generated at atmospheric pressure. The ioniAPi-TOF atmospheric pressure interface consists of a critical orifice for contact free sample introduction, two hexapole ION-GUIDEs for high ion transmission efficiency over a broad m/z range and a high performance pump for high sample throughput. This interface is coupled to an orthogonal TOF analyzer equipped with an ion mirror for increased mass resolution. Our next generation TOF power supplies allow fast and repeatable switching between positive and negative polarity.

Ionicon - Mobile & Modular VOC Monitor
The PTR-TOF QB is the ultimate real-time VOC monitor for mobile lab deployment. Based on its lightweight frame and the unique stackable 19 inch cube "QB" design, it easily fits in the trunk of a passenger car or mobile measurement van. With less than 90 kg in total and the ability to split the instrument in two, each of the cubes weighting less than 50 kg, the monitor can easily be transported and set up in virtually any place. This clever feature enables an installation of the PTR-TOF QB on top of each other or the cubes sitting side by side. This provides enormous flexibility concerning the system's footprint or height profile and allows to operate the mobile VOC monitor in nearly all space-restricted environments.

The AMC-Monitor is a modular and flexible platform for Airborne Molecular Contaminations (AMC) monitoring in semiconductor applications such as: FOUP analysis with a focus on VOC and condensables incl. full integration with Pfeiffer Vacuum APA 302 pod analyzer. Clean-room monitoring in fabrication plants: automated detection of AMC at multiple sampling points with an integrated multiplexing system, directly in the fab at variable locations and even at the tool-level. Optionally fully integrated aboard the Pfeiffer Vacuum AMPC fab analyzer. Monitoring of outside and intake air: automated fence line monitoring incl. alarm levels, up- and downstream filter testing.
