The new technological novelty of the plant, planned by IRS, consists of the presence of 2 systems input and output of the air and powders which are SEPARATED and not in common ( as it is instead in the most part of similar machines) . The purity of the product is equal to 98% ( using grinding grids suitable to the product to be processed). The waste of metals together with plastic DOES NOT EXCEED  1-1,5%.

The separator Mod. “SA” has been designed to separate ground materials having a similar particle size and different specific weight.

The vibrating sieve (3 exits) model “VV” has been designed for the separation of dusty materials.

The mills Mod. GHIBLI have been designed to grind rigid and semi rigid materials in thin particle sizes with a diameter inferior to 1 mm. The productive capacity of the machine is determined by the rigidity of the materials to be treated and by their particle sizes. Greater is the rigidity of the material and smaller the particle size, greater will be the production of the mill. The mill GHIBLI “OPENABLE” is a machine composed of a steel plate monocoque body against wear where is place a CENTRIFUGAL MILL of 3-4-5 grinding levels, power installed from 11 kw up to 132 kw.

The hammer mill with vertical hammers and grid has been designed to grind rigid and semi-rigid materials in medium particle size. The productive capacity of the machine can be determined by the holes diameter of the grid and by the rigidity of the materials to be treated.

The wire stripper 3-100 has been designed to separate copper and Aluminium from the insulating sheath coming from electric cables having different thickness. Cables diameter: from 3 to 100 mm. Equipped with a powered device for the adjustment of the blades projection (for different diameters of the sheath). The wire stripper 3-100 allows the performance of easy and speedy cleaning operations thanks to its superior monoplate. Reduced maintenance. Antibloking device to avoid the breaking of the blades in case of nodules and other defects of the treated cable.
