Kombi - Cables Treatment Plant
The new technological novelty of the plant, planned by IRS, consists of the presence of 2 systems input and output of the air and powders which are SEPARATED and not in common ( as it is instead in the most part of similar machines) . The purity of the product is equal to 98% ( using grinding grids suitable to the product to be processed). The waste of metals together with plastic DOES NOT EXCEED 1-1,5%.
THE PLANT IS COMPOSED OF:
Granulator MOD. 180 (7,5 Kw)
Turbine Mod. Ghibli 403 (3 LIVELLI MACINAZIONE 11 Kw)
Pneumatic Transport (3 kw)
Cyclone + rotary valv
Densimetric Separator Mod. SA 200 (2,5 Kw)
Dimensions: 2840x1600x2430 mm.
Weight: 2100 Kg.
Production: 180 - 200 Kg./h Input
OPTIONAL:
The Separator SA200 ( part of plants ) can be eqiopped with ionogenic bars in order to avoid the accumulation of elecrostatic discharges of material treated and to avoid the obstruction of product on the separating tables.
Materials treatables
Electrical cables copper-plastic
Telephonic cables copper-plastic
Cables alluminium-plastic
Caps alluminium-plastic
Cans and rigid palstic packagings and paper or light materials ( with ionogenics bars)
Advantages
Plant tickness(reduced dimensions )
Low noise
Reduced and easy maintenance
Low energy consumption ( with respect to the productive potentiality of the plant ) = 24,75 kW total
high production: 200 – 250 Kg /hour (referring to mixed cables copper-plastic)
Running of machine
Insert the cables (take care they are of suitable dimensions in respect of the capacity of the mill) inside the granulator that performs the first grinding.
The pre-shredded material is sucked by means of a ventilator and passing through the turbine, it is definitely uncovered and peen formed.
Thanks to the rotary valve placed to the high part of the separator, the material enters the separating chamber where, by means of a ventilator and vibrations system the separation of copper and plastic or between heavy materials (output in the high part of separator) and light materials ( output in the back part of separator) take place. The light dusts produced by the pulverization of the turbine, are sucked by a ventilator placed on one side of the separator and discharged inside a filtering sleeve.
The separation of materials take place thanks to a dry system.
A ventilator sucks the air filtering through a filtering panel and discharges the air inside the separating chamber to then pass through the reps corrugated net and let the materials to be separated.
These materials must have the same granulometry, but different specific weight.
