JACA & SIERRA TESTING LABORATORIES  is soil and material testing laboratory and geotechnical consulting firm based on the island of Puerto Rico. The corporation was established in 1967 by Engineers Carlos R. Sierra Silva and Luis Jaca Mendez. Our services cover the island of Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (USVI and BVI ), lesser Antilles and other locations within the Caribbean.  Our engineering materials testing laboratory has been accredited by AASHTO Accreditation Program (AAP) for certain quality standards and various common concrete, aggregates and soil testing standards.
