Geotechnical Drilling Services
Currently our firm has six (6) drilling crews on active duty for geotechnical and environmental drilling. Our drillers are well experienced and have capabilities of wireline rock coring, tricone bit mud rotary drilling among other techniques. Our drilling crews have been safety trained by taking a certified OSHA 40 hours course and corresponding yearly refreshers. The company's inventory includes auger with inside diameter from 2.5 inches to 8.25 inches, wireline NQ2 and PQ sizes, core barrels, California modified standard and stainless steel samplers, bailers, split spoon samplers (different sizes), Shelby tubes, etc. In addition, we may assemble a light drilling rig over small pontoon deck for shallow borings over water or perform deep marine borings with a larger barge with spuds.
