As a general contractor and system integrator we design, develop and install high-quality turnkey process plants. Our customers include medium-sized and large enterprises in the food and pharmaceutical and many other industries. JAG has all the in-house expertise and resources needed to design and build an automated production plant.

We design and build assemblies with high-pressure homogenisers. Single-stage homogenisers are required, e.g. for cell disruption; two-stage units will be chosen for products with a high fat content such as milk. We supply both CIP and SIP compatible systems (sanitary/aseptic design). Additionally required elements such as a heat exchanger and a delivery pump are incorporated directly by us.

Nanofiltration may be used to keep a product such as blood plasma free from viruses. We build a package unit with the virus filtration unit optimised to meet your needs and incorporate this unit into the overall process. Benefit from our engineering know-how and seamless automation integration.

We develop customised laboratory reactor facilities. For example in the following combination: The main appliance is the high temperature reactor which can be operated even without the Skid 2 components. The pump, disperser, high pressure homogeniser and control cabinet with a data recorder are set up on Skid 2. Operation is only possible in the docked state with Skid 1.

The JAG PAD powder discharge and dosing device is specially designed for viscous bulk solids and combines discharge and dosing functions in a single unit.

The JAG PES injector system has been specially developed and designed for powder solids infeed. Flexibility and interchangeability of the key elements enable all kinds of powder products to be fed into liquid media with the same device. For products which do not flow easily a mechanical discharge device can be integrated. The optimised and adjustable nozzle shape ensures wetting of the powder already in the injector system. The result: homogeneous mixes free from lumps.

The JAG FLD 32 Fluidising nozzle is an air nozzle which is incorporated into powder silos for powder discharge. Compressed air or nitrogen is injected into the powder medium by pneumatic energy. This improves the flow characteristics of the product and prevents bridge formation.
