Compared to the `classical` pneumatically dedusted pocket filter systems, Junker Filter crosswise filter elements offer higher filter performance at a reduced horizontal installed surface area - a result achieved by the clever self-supporting chamber-type construction of the integrated filtering surface without metal supporting members. Emission values of less than 1 mg/Nm³ and a long service life are easily achieved. In addition, filtering surfaces of 0,3 to 10 m² as well as special individual dimensions are available. All crosswise filter elements from Junker Filter are equipped with integrated venturi nozzles and replaceable seals.

Filter cartridges from Junker Filter are the versatile quality filter system for `1001` uses in modern filtration technology. These proven replaceable filters with a filtering surface of 0,1 to 20 m² allow either crude or clean gas-side installation and are available for pneumatic or mechanical cleaned dedusting applications. All Junker Filter cartridges are suitable for internal or external pressurisation in accordance with their design. The performance profile as well as attachment systems are designed according to customer specifications.

Tube filter elements from Junker Filter are made from inherently stable needle felts which warrant a high difference pressure and dimension stability through their cylindrical form without any traditional support bracket. By producing them without sewing holes, with integrated exactly fitting head and bottom and a better on-line cleaning behavior emission values of < 1 mg/Nm³ can be reached with filter surface loadings up to 200 m³/m² h. Easiest scrubbed or clean gas side mounting / dismounting allows it to ready the modules in shortest time.

Flat filter elements from Junker Filter for pneumatic dedusting-capable filter systems in dust extraction installations are setting new standards in filtration performance. The consistent continuos development of the head mounting geometry with integrated ventury nozzle produces outstanding filtration performance with emission values of less than 1 mg/Nm³ - and thus more efficiency for you. The replaceable seal allows vertical installation on the crude gas as well as clean gas sides. Junker flat filter elements are available in all standard dimensions as well as special dimensions.

With CASAPROTECT AGIL we offer a disinfectant, applicable in the whole drinking water pipeline (warm/cold) to the point of use, protecting those from contamination.Using AGIL neither impacts smell nor taste of drinking water and can be used for fire fighting measure, as well as for protection and prevention, in compliance with the prescriptive limits of the drinking water ordinance (TrinkwV 2001).AGIL is a „green“ technique, no metered addition of chemicals is required. Due to low cost of maintenance our system is suitable for continous use.
