All products of Karbonsan are tested for quality by our technical staff at every single production stage. Truck mounted fixed chassis rigid cryogenic tankers are designed for the maximized transport of liquefied cryogenic gases; LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG and LCO2 considering their densities just as in the case of cryogenic semi-trailers. They are available in 5,000 to 15,700 litre versions with pressures ranging from 3 to 18 bars. CO₂ stationary tanks can be polyurethane insulated or cryogenic. Both types are good for long-term storage of liquid carbon dioxide, utilizing a high performance heat insulation enabling low evaporation rates and can be either vertical or horizontal.

As the characteristics of carbon dioxide are different than cryogenics, the design temperature for carbon dioxide semi-trailers and rigid tankers is -50°C / +50°C. The working pressure is designed to be between 20 - 24 bars depending on the customer request. This interval allows the PUR insulation to be used effectively for the carbon dioxide mobile units, as well. The special insulation applied provides least possible evaporation rate under extreme temperatures of different countries.
