The starline 1000-technology is for the trenchless rehabilitation of underground drinking water distribution and transport pipes using fabric hose relining. It is designed for a distribution system with a normal operating pressure of up to 10 bar. The old pipeline is relined with an ageing-resistant fabric hose.

Our starline®HPL-W technology is used for the rehabilitation of drinking water transport pipelines and long distance pipelines. The fabric hose and adhesive are tested for pipes with a diameter of DN 100 up to DN 600 and with maximum operating pressures of 40 bar. Up to eight hours processing time allow very long sections to be rehabilitated. No additional heating is required for the curing process.

Depending on the constitution of the pipelines and the rigidity of the fabric, waste water, pressurized and service water pipelines with an operating pressure of up to 40 bar can all be rehabilitated in individual lengths of up to 600m using the fabric hose relining process starline®HPL-S.

hydros BOY: replacement and new installation of connection pipelines. This technology is used for the trenchless, same-channel replacement and new installation of steel, grey cast iron or ductile cast iron gas and water connection pipelines. All available diameters can be replaced using grab jaws. The maximum exterior diameter should be 110 mm, and as a rule the maximum length of one section should be no longer than 25 m.

hydros LEAD: replacement of lead connection pipes. HydrosLEAD technology, also described as a wind-up process supported by internal pressure, is used for the trenchless replacement of lead or or flexible plastics mains connections, preferably by PE pipelines. As a rule, a pit is only required at the point where the house connection meets the mains, and if necessary a further pit in front of the basement wall.

A trenchless process for replacing drinking water and gas mains pipelines up to a diameter of DN 400 (400 mm) and with individual extraction sections of up to 150m in length. These individual extraction sections are subdivided into partial extraction sections of up to 50m by the necessary intermediate pits for mains connections, hydrants etc.

hydros®STEEL: rehabilitation of mains pipelines, not only of steel. A trenchless process for renewing drinking water and gas mains pipe lines with a diameter of up to DN 300 and sections up to 200m long. The hydros®STEEL method is based on the tried and tested hydros®PLUS method and is used for renewing steel pipes as well as ductile cast iron and plastic pipelines, preferably with PE pipes.
